Role: Videographer & Video Editor
I produced this video for Vancouver Public Schools to highlight the Creative Movement program at Truman Elementary School and the students’ participation in the Vancouver Schools Dance Festival.
From planning the shoot to filming and post-production, I managed the entire creative process independently. My goal was to tell an authentic story that captured the students’ experience, the energy of the program, and the positive impact of arts in education.
Responsibilities
- Planned and organized the video production.
- Filmed classroom activities, rehearsals, performances, and supporting B-roll.
- Edited the project in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Selected music, refined pacing, and crafted a clear, engaging narrative.
- Delivered the final video for publication on Vancouver Public Schools’ official YouTube channel and social media platforms.
