The goal was to improve the overall viewing experience by increasing audio clarity, supporting the narrative with appropriate music, and creating a stronger emotional connection with the audience.

Design Process
Audio Enhancement
The project began with improving the quality of the recorded dialogue. Using Adobe Audition, I cleaned and refined the audio to make speech clearer and easier to understand. Special attention was given to balancing levels and reducing distractions that could pull viewers away from the story.
Emotional Storytelling Through Sound
Music was carefully selected and integrated to support the tone of the documentary. Rather than functioning as background sound alone, the music was used to reinforce emotional moments and help guide the viewer’s experience throughout the piece.
Video Editing
Footage was reviewed and edited to improve pacing and flow. Visual and audio elements were adjusted together to create a cohesive viewing experience that felt natural and engaging.
Motion Graphics
Simple end graphics and closing text were incorporated using fade transitions to provide a clean conclusion and reinforce the overall tone of the project.
Outcome
The final edit demonstrates how audio design, music, and post-production techniques can significantly improve audience engagement and emotional impact. The project highlights the importance of sound as a storytelling tool and showcases my ability to combine audio and visual elements into a cohesive final piece.
